I had a great experience at stonebrook lodge. The cozy atmosphere and comfortable beds exceeded my expectations on this cycling trip, especially after my last stay in bryson city. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

Unfortunately, we experienced several issues during our stay. The first room we were given had a horrible smell, forcing us to move. The second room, while slightly better, had low water pressure and a constantly running toilet. Additionally, the common areas were uncomfortably warm and the stale breakfast options were very disappointing.

The cozy atmosphere was my favorite part! The room was clean and comfy, making it a perfect retreat after a day of biking. Only downside was the wifi was a bit spotty. 😊

However, the indoor pool was too small, and I found it a bit disappointing as I prefer a larger swimming area. Also, the breakfast options were limited. it would be nice to see some egg options added. Despite these minor inconveniences, my overall experience was very pleasant, and I would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Just a solid selection for short visits in Bryson City with great value for money. David and Peggy were really nice and made sure we felt at home during our stay. Make sure to ask for dining suggestions—they were spot on.
